Historical Soundscape Tour through Évora

Last 18 May I gave a tour on the Historical Soundscapes theme through some of the city’s historical centre streets with focus on the religious institutions during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

It was a very interesting experience, with around a dozen participants, where some discussion arouse about the musical life of these institutions and was a great moment for conversation about the sounds and music that one could hear in those times.
